    Congratulations to Lexi Shubert, pitcher from Fred T. Foard HS and the Carolina Curve as she has decided to verbally commit to continue her softball career at USC Upstate. Lexi is a wonderful young lady with loads of talent and an incredible work ethic. I know the past 2 seasons with the Curve have been awesome and Lexi is a primary reason we have enjoyed the success we have. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a pitcher spin it like she spins it. Coach Hawkins and Coach Pack are getting a true gem. Congratulations to mom and dad I know you guys are proud, you done well!

    It's been such a blessing to get to spend some time with you and your family this summer. We wish you well and can't wait till you come on with us in the fall.

    Congratulations Lexi!! Mom and Dad too! I am extremely proud of you. It's been so great getting to know you and your family. I know you'll make a big impact at Upstate, the conference, and I'm going to predict the national stage. I look forward to watching you now at the next level. Way to go kid!

    This is wonderful news! Lexi will be a definite asset to the Upstate Softball Program. Although we'll only have one year together at Upstate, we're looking forward to having you guys on board. Lexi is a hard worker and is very impressive in the circle. Welcome to the stable, girl............we're glad to have you!

    We've had the pleasure of being a part of the Curve family this summer and have enjoyed getting to know the entire team. This organization knows how to have fun playing softball. Wishing you ladies the best of luck in Illinois!
