Impact Top Prospect Games at Elon

How well attended by coaches/scouts has this event been in the last couple of years? In turn potentially leading to the Futures games the end of the month....is it "Dirtbag" heavy for the Futures event or a good mix...?

 

It is Dirtbag heavy but there are a few guys in the game that are not on the Dirtbags roster.

 

First day, about 40ish college coaches/scouts in attendance, Day 2 (at least at the 2nd game) about 15 or so. Day 3 still to come....

 

Any update on how some of the players have done and who has stood out?

 

Nothing was given out with names/numbers (except scouts) so kinda hard to know whos who, especially if you aren't an Impact parent. All the games I've seen have been low scoring, and the teams seem pretty evenly matched. In my son's 2 games so far, there has been very few hits. Lots of K's. Have seen one HR. Pleased with my kid's performance thus far, 4 AB, 4 Hits (2 triples, 2 singles) Rain here now though....

 

The rosters for the 2013-2014 Futures game are out. There are a few South Charlotte Panthers. Not sure what other teams are represented.
