Eddie Hull to Wingate!!!

Charlotte Catholic infielder Eddie Hull has committed to Wingate. Great news!!!

 

Congrats to the Hulls!

I enjoyed watching Eddie this summer with the Queen City Mustangs. Great clutch hitter, hits to all fields, and hits it hard!

 

Congratulations to Eddie and his parents Ed and Laura. I've known Eddie and his family all the way back to the Sardis Dixie Youth Days. Having either coached Eddie or against Eddie at Sardis I can truly say with conviction that Eddie is one of the hardest working and dedicated players I have been around. Due to his hard work he has progressed into one of the most consistent hitters in this area. He has also put in many hrs. in the Wt. room to transform his body into a college player. I am very confident Eddie will continue his success at Wingate University. Eddie is a classic example of hard work leading to success and opportunity! Congratulations and I look forward to seeing you your senior season at Catholic and in the future as a Bulldog! After that you're going to make one hell of a coach! Congratulations!

Awesome news about Eddie committing to Wingate. No one has worked harder in Charlotte to improve and succeed at every level. Since the time he was 8 years old, I thought he was one of the best infielders and hitters in town and he has proved that over the past 10 years. The Bulldogs are lucky to have Eddie Hull the player and Wingate is even luckier to have Eddie Hull, the person.

 

Another Sardis Graduate Makes Good

Eddie is a huge pick-up for Wingate. He is a solid infielder and a tough competitor. No matter what the situation Ed is calm cool and collected. His attitude and work ethic will take him a long way as a college ballplayer. And man, can he hit. He may have been Queen city's most consistent hitter this summer in Legion Ball. With that team, that's saying a lot. Best of luck Eddie and Congrats to proud parents Ed and Laura!

 

Way To Go, Eddie!

Congrats to Eddie and the Hull family. Eddie is a great player, but even greater young man. It has been a thrill to watch Eddie improve all aspects of his game over the past few years. He is baseball's version of a "gym rat", who has a tremendous passion for the game and just wants to practice & play ball all day. Cut out of the Dustin Pedroia mold. Eddie's exceptional work ethic, drive, and determination will translate to continued success as a college player. Keep it up & best of luck at Wingate.
