    2013's win 20-2

    Colby Barnette 3 for 3 (3b, 2b, 1b)
    Matt Vernon (two hits, HR)
    Logan Koch (three hits, 2b)
    Wood Myers (three hits)

    I didn't keep score so their might have been something I missed.

    Sounds like another nailbiter.:fryingpan: How were these teams picked or were there tryouts? Seems to be a game to play in.

    The East won 5-1. It was very well played game by both teams. The pitching was very good for both teams. I would say the East hit the ball a little better than the West. Corey Seager, D.C Arendas and Jason Smith all had 2 hits a piece. I can"t remember anybody else with 2 hits so correct me if im wrong. Probally about 5 to 7 pro scouts in attendance. Maybe 10 colleges. A lot of the college guys left after the first game. I guess they are working on the 2013 and 14.

    Were the players at this event trying out the new BBCOR bats?

    The 2012 was wood bats. The other game I think alot of the players used the old bats. I know when they had tryouts at Elon they could use the old bats. I would think if a 13 has committed he might have used the BBCOR. Just my thoughts.

    Some guys did use bbcor bats and some did not.
