Applebees used to, and I believe still do have a pancake breakfast fundraiser. Applebees gives the organization so many tickets and the organization picks the price to sell them. The best thing is that applebees charges just over 2.00 for every person that comes in. So if you sell your tickets for 7 dollars, you make 5 dollars per person. Even then, if you sell a ticket and that person doesn't come in on that day of the event, you just made 7 dollars. My high school team did this my Senior year, we made just over 1,500 in two hours.

Low & Slow hit on a very good fundraiser, although I believe their price is now closer to $14, but you get to keep 1/2 (roughly $7 per ticket that you sell). The kicker (I believe) is that you have to be affiliated with a non-profit organization, and you have to buy a minimum of 100 tickets up front. However, these AutoBell tickets are very easy to sell, because they have no expiration date. Folks can buy several of them and give them away or keep them until they use them all. You may pay $700 up front, but you'll have $1400 in no time.
