You can't hide talent

You can't hide talent and the talent on PHS and SM is well documented and proven. Both are scrappy and loaded. Each head coach is well-qualified to bring home hardware.

It will be a competitive season and there will be plenty of surprises along the way.

Myers Park is always tough and competitive.

First year for BBCOR in a conference that saw balls flying out of parks all over the place last season. Wonder if anyone will complain about short fences this season?

My guess is that speed, situational hitting and great pitching will win - but when has that EVER NOT been true???

Aguyyouknow - is a guy I know - and I promise you he knows his team is loaded with talent and will be a favorite to put a banner up in 2012. Ain't nuthin dry 'bout dat!!!!

 

We love being the underDAWG............ looks like we will keep it that way.
We all know PVD is loaded and SM is talented and scrappy, but I still see AK on the rise using their fine JV from last year. Just beware of the sleeper, any given day in the SW4A.........

Speed, situational hitting and great pitching? Sounds like AK is the favorite then.

Everyone seems to forget AK has Thronton and Stone, these two kids are studs and can pitch. I don't know too many HS programs that will be able to put the bat on the ball against these two. Now if the fielding and hitting can come around and from what I saw of AK's JV, I'd say look out. They will be tough again this year.

 

Mincmi certainly didn't forget. They've both got prominent places in his writeup, and he predicts that Ardrey Kell will be "at or near the top."

 

Trent and Stoney are legit, and even his SC Panther teammates didn't want to face them. Bagwell always finds role players to be productive offensively, so they are definately going to be tough, especially on the mound.
