Getting closer to another year of some Great baseball in a very good conference year in and out. What is everyone's thoughts and predictions?
I will try and rank the teams for the preseason:
    1. Davie County
    2. North Davidson
    3. West Forsyth
    4. Reagan
    5. Mount Tabor
    6. Reynolds
2-3 could go either way as well as 4-6. This should be a very balanced conference that could go down to the wire. Only 19 days left to Opening Day!!!!

    Tough league year-in and year-out.
    A grinder.
    But really, Tabor 5th...

Should be an exciting year in the CPC. Davie appears to be the favorite on paper but that's why the games are played. North Davidson, Davie and West Forsyth will contend once again but the rest of the conference is much improved, which should make for one of the most competitive conference seasons we have seen.

I would agree, Davie is definitely the team to beat. They have a tough lineup with both Foster and Randall back to pitch.

I think whomever is thinking Mount Tabor will not be able to be at top of the conference you better think again they have performed awesome in the last 2 scrimmages good pitching, great hitting and great team work. They beat East Rowan tonight not sure of final score but last score I got was 11 to 3. I'm just saying somebody need to recognize in baseball you can't count anyone out and on any given day the worst team can beat the best team. The one thing I feel this Mount Tabor team has this year they may have been missing over the past few seasons is these guys want to win and they are performing as a team no one trying to be a superstar. Again I'm just saying don't count them out.

Mount Tabor beat East Forsyth 8-6 on Monday and North Davidson lost a tough one to a very good Glenn team 3-0. Both teams combined to give up 1 hit. On Tuesday, West Forsyth beat West Stokes 7-1 and Davie County beat Mooresville 9-1. Good start for the CPC!
