    Predicitons thoughts on NW3A/4A conf. Teams/payers to watch?

    I think everyone has Watauga at the top. They are returning everyone pretty much. Also have one of the top pitchers in the league. So I think they will be very solid.

    South will not have alot of pitching but like always they will be able to hit it and being lead by Gage Parham and Bryson Bowman, they will be a very solid team as well.

    AC will be a young team (2 seniors). But will be a strong team on mound as well as at the plate.

    Hickory, really not to sure what they will have on mound but I know with Jarett, Davis Hanvey, and Tyler Pait they will be able to swing it and be a scrappy team.

    Saint, I think will be loaded as far as hitting goes. Phillip Carroll is one of the best outfielders in the league and has the speed to go with it.

    Foard, not sure what they have either. I do know they have a couple strong sophs, just depends if they are on varsity of or JV.

    Hibriten, I just dont know anything about them other than the fact they have a solid catcher.


    That is in not really a order of finish just stating what I know or dont know about the teams. It should be a fun year once again.

    I miss 29er weighing in with his opinion on the conference. He is always dead on with his evaluations about teams and players.

    Quite honestly. that was how I followed the players in the conference. They were based on his comments and what Will Dicus would tell me.

    Fridays games

    5-0 Hickory host Watauga who lost at n. davidson on thur. night game will be at lp frans stadium. hikory has outscored opponets 50-0.

    South Caldwell travels to saint stephens who suffered there first loss thur. SC is4-0.

    Alex. central is at fred t ford

    Hibriten is at home to West Caldwell in a nonconference game. sinkhole is fixed, we think.
