    only one game seperates cvcc and surry for 1st and 2nd place. Surry is now 19-5 overall

    NJCAA Div II Rankings

    The new poll came out today and CVCC is ranked 4th in the nation, Surry Community College ranked 19th. Should be a great match up this weekend in Hickory.

    LSU-Eunce #1... Them boys are tough. I remember playing them back in 2004 at the DII World Series in Millington, TN. They stayed in the same hotel as us (they stayed a few days longer than we did by the way) and looked like the real deal DI LSU Tigers. I swear there was about 40 of them, team bags, team shoes, matching sweats, etc. Always wondered how they were DII and not DI.

    SURRY V CVCC game

    This should be a real good game with Surry coming in with the #1 and #2 ranked hitters in the conference. Let's see what the pitching squad that CVCC has can do to slow them down.

    I can not find a link for just Region X, I just looked at the NCJAA site for stats and figured it out from the national rankings. I understand that the coaches are able to pull up the stats for the conference leaders but I still haven't found the site.
