    Kudos to Butler for a good win on Senior night. I heard that Eisenbath committed to Mars Hill which is great news!

    Butler outplayed SM and deserved to win.

    There was a 90 minute lightning and rain delay which was wierd. Game finally ended at 11:19

    Donahue started and went 6 (I believe) Tekker for another 6 don't know who closed.

    Andrew Hendel with game winning rbi in the 13th.

    W over PW 9-2

    Weddington completes the win over PW this morning. Game halted at 7-2 in the 5th. Rain delayed from last night, W tacks on 2 more in the 6th to win 9-2 over PW.

    LP- Conley

    Lots of hits up and down the line up for W.

    Cuthbertson Vs Piedmont

    Last game of the year for the outright Conference Championship and Cuthbertson gets their 3rd in as many years(For those who like to throw stones - in Cuthbertson's first year we were co-champions)! It didn't get any better than last night.

    Cuthbertson - 3
    @ Piedmont - 2

    13 Innings.

    WP- Brendan Setzer (2 Innings)
    LP - Sikes

    HR's - (CHS) Fussy(1st Varsity HR from the up and comer), Andrew Hendel(Game winning RBI)

    Brian Donovan (Cuthbertson) (5.2 Innings) and Cameron Price (Piedmont) started for their teams. Cameron Tekker came in during the middle innings(5.1 Innings)

    It really is turning into a good rivalry. Next week is the conference tourney.

    Wow...I leave for a few days and an apocalypse came. I would delete all the posts, but there are so many attributed to the subject. I wish you guys could have handled this privately. You are both guys that I respect and am surprised it took the turn that it did.

    I apologize that I didn't take action sooner and hope we don't go this route again. It just didn't need to go in the direction that it did.

    Let's get back to scores....dang, what a game between Cuthbertson and Piedmont. Now that's a HS baseball game!!!!!

    Any details with MC and Hough?

    I saw awesome suicide squeez earlier in a tight game by Matt Fox who plays 3rd base. A very well timed surprise!
