A rule question

On a force play at a base or home plate, fielder has ball in glove and touches base with other hand. Out or safe? How about he touches base with his head? How about his knee?
Anybody know where to look to see written rule?

Its an out, no different than a 1st basemen catching the ball in his glove with his foot on the bag.

 

This is the official rule:

A TAG is the action of a fielder in touching a base with his body while holding the ball securely and firmly in his hand or glove; or touching a runner with the ball, or with his hand or glove holding the ball, while holding the ball securely and firmly in his hand or glove

 

jonpyard and Braves are correcto. However if a fielder has a ball in one hand and tags a "runner" (here's the difference) with an empty glove, the runner is not out.

 

That's precisely what the second half of the rule says.
