Lady Blues Elite still looking to fill roster - soon!!

The Lady Blues Elite 18U team is still looking to add one or two more players to our roster for the fall 2012 / summer 2013 season. All positions will be considered, but we currently have a specific need for a player that wants to play outfield and has speed. Looking for grad yrs. 2014, 2015, and 2016 if skill level is appropriate. We currently are not looking to add any additional pitchers at this point in time. Our 1st event will be played on Sept. 8th @ Campbell University.

Overall, we have 8 events planned and confirmed for the fall season, including Southern Force Showcase, Legendary Showcase, Carolina Clash Showcase (in conjunction with UNC sponsored college tournament), Gold Diamond Showcase, and others that include on college campus one day showcase events.

Our summer schedule will be filled with top showcase events, as well as our 8th consecutive trip to the Louisville Slugger Independence Day Tournament in Boulder, CO.

Our team is coached by Greg Spain, and managed by the original founder of the Lady Blues Organization, Rodney Threatt.

Carolina Fusion 10U Tryouts - Updated

The Carolina Fusion will be holding tryouts for a 10U team on Wednesday, August 29th at 6:30pm at Southern Alamance High School (631 Southern High School Road, Graham, NC).

We are looking for girls with a 2002, 2003 or 2004 birth year.

Charlotte Chargers 10U team seeking 1-2 players or substitutes

The CHARLOTTE CHARGERS 10u team is looking for 1-2 players to fill our fall roster, or 1-2 reliable substitutes. We are ideally looking for a pitcher and catcher, but we will add the right player regardless of position.

We practice at Rocky River Elementary in Concord on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30.

The CHARLOTTE CHARGERS is an established organization with teams competing in the 8u, 10u and 12u divisions. Our returning players for our teams are competitive girls who are looking for teammates who want to grow, contribute and play at their highest potential. We are scheduled to play in 6 or 7 fall tournaments.

Filling Tar Heel Stars Open Roster Positions

The Tar Heel Stars have a few open roster positions to fill for the 2012-2013 season. To register for a tryout, please go to the Stars web site, www.tarheelstars.org, then to the "About The Stars” menu and complete the form under “Get More Info”. We'll arrange a tryout ASAP.

The Tarheel Fastpitch Stars has knowledgeable, experienced, professional coaches for our teams that have proven experience teaching, coaching and exposing talented players to college coaches and programs (see more on our coaching staff on the web site). The Stars is a North Carolina Corporation and has obtained the IRS 501 (c)(3) status to operate as an tax-exempt, non-profit corporation.

We play a competitive schedule at some of the best showcase tournaments in the region. The 2012-2013 schedule includes the Atlanta Legacy Showcase & NFCA Recruiting Camp; the Dynamite Classic in Columbia, SC; the Carolina Cardinal Showcases in Rock Hill, SC and Raleigh, NC.; the Gold Diamond in TN; VA Scrappers Showcase; and the WFC Early Signing Showcase, in SC.
