    Dakota Keller of The Foothills Heat has committed to Coach Hollar of Lenoir Rhyne University. The Bears are getting a great athlete. Congratulations to the entire Keller Family, a job well done.

    Congratulations Dakota -- Outstanding athlete and an even better person. It has been wonderful to watch you grow into one of the best athletes in the area. LR is getting a game changer! Look forward to watching you continue on your quest.
