    Me and Clem think I meck will come down to battles between our Hopewell and Lake Norman favs and the ever dangerous Mallard Creek. What about the Hough upstarts this year?
    Are there any really impressive kids on these teams this year?

    Can't wait

    Mallard Creek is going to be tough with K. Morgan back for his senior season. It will be interesting to see if Hough can repeat their success of last year, however they may have lost too many seniors....Hopewell will be tough as they are every year....Lake Norman will be strong with J. Stires on the mound and they have a strong group of underclassman feeding their squads. I'm not hearing too much about Mooresville or N. Meck........

    Mooresville will have an uphill battle this year. Definitely the underdogs. They lost 3 returning big bats and pitcher/infielders this year on top of the seniors that graduated.

    They have some talented juniors coming in but it looks like they will also have to really step up to give the Blue Devils a shot.

    They have lost 2 players that moved. And 1 that has an injury from football.
