Piedmont Triad Conference

Any chance of the PTC following suit with the CPC and going to playing the same conference foe twice in the same week? You wouldn't have to face the opposing teams number 1 for both games and would force some coaches in the conference to develop more pitching. Any PTC coaches or CPC coaches out there have an opinion on the concept?

Unfortunately Orth is definitely out for SWG with Tommy John surgery. being reported that someone transferred from east Forsyth but I heard a name different from Scudder. Lets wait and see instead of throwing a name out there. Ragsdale gets Sparks back from Labrum surgery last year. Contrary to some opinions, it takes more than a year to recover.

Conference should be very strong this year. Coach at HPC has done a great job building a program. Butler is good but they have other players as well. NWG is loaded as is East F and Glenn. Lots of good coaches in this conference.

 

All 18 accounted for at East. Nice try though. Fear the Eagles!

We do very much respect the guys across town.

 

And that is why I purposely did not mention the name I was given. What you don't realize is I have 2 friends on that team (1 close friend) and wish them well. You can always count on a smart elleck comment. Some things never change.

I would visit this site more often if more guys were like Cat Coach. People will never always agree on how any coach coaches his team but not one will ever disagree with how he treats and teaches his kids. sometimes there are things more important than baseball, even on the baseball field.

 

I hate to admit it Putt...

... but you would be surprised how many have disagreed - many times. Oddly, it often seems to have been the ones whose son's name wasn't on the line-up card as much as desired.

Anyway, thanks. Sometimes you wonder - and your wife hears about it - if anybody notices the "things more important than baseball."
