    Nick Bruno (2016) pitched 6+ innings. Gave up 1 early run and pitched 5 scoreless after that. Plenty of action during game. Barron Rupp (2016) came in for MP late in 8th with no outs runners in scoring position. Trent King with walk-off line drive hit down 1B line. Sorry I don't have more stats.

    Millbrook 2 Sanderson 1

    Sanderson suffers first conference loss as they fall to Millbrook 2-1 on Tuesday. Millbrook starter BJ Nobles (Western Carolina) pitched 6 innings of 2 hit ball and was matched inning for inning by Sanderson starter Junior Daniel Dulaney, 6 innings 4 hits. Millbrook scored an unearned run in the bottom of the 6th to pull out the win. Only 1 of the 3 runs scored in the game was earned. sanderson looks to bounce back on Friday night against confernece rival Leesville.

    Mt Tabor beat Davie 5-4 and North Davidson comes back to beat Reagan and now all 6 teams in the CPC are 1-1 to start the conference season.
