    It all comes down to the last two weeks for the battle for the top spot. Weddington and Marvin Ridge remain unbeaten in conference play with one more week before they get together to finish the regular season.

    Current standings (conf records only):

    Weddington 9-0
    Marvin Ridge 9-0
    Porter Ridge 6-3
    Sun Valley 3-6
    Parkwood 0-9
    Anson 0-9

    Sun Valley 12, Parkwood 2 on Thursday. Ryan Tapp gets win going 6 innings, striking out 11, while Kenny Palmer contributes with a 3-3 night with a BB and HBP, also leading off the game with a solo HR.

    Porter Ridge/Weddington still scheduled for today at 4:30.

    Marvin Ridge clinches the 2013 SCC outright conference title with their 4-2 victory over Weddington Tuesday night.
    Sun Valley claims the first game of the series over Porter Ridge 2-0, behind Nick Norton's complete game 2-hitter. Parkwood knocks off Anson 12-4.

    Marvin Ridge takes game 2 of the series vs Weddington 6-4. Sun Valley pitches another complete game shutout in a 2-0 win over Porter Ridge. Anson picks up their first conference win with 14-6 victory over Parkwood. Bunyon Tyson picked up the win on the mound, also contributing two HRs to his cause.
