Charlotte Starz 14-U Gold Futures Looking for Two

Due to wet field conditions, Sunday's practice has been moved to Wednesday from 6p - 9p at James Martin Middle School.

The Starz has a limited number of roster positions open on our 14-U Gold Futures team, based on players born in 1999. We will consider exceptionally talented and advanced 2000 players for this team which serves as the final proving ground for future Showcase players. This team will play a competitive six tournament fall schedule followed by off-season workouts in the spring of 2014 and then an aggressive regional bracket and limited 14-U Showcase schedule in the summer of 2014.

We are looking for one more “A” pitcher and a speedy mid/outfielder. These athletes must have a true passion for the game and want to have the opportunity to excel at the High School level and have the opportunity to play in college. Prospects must possess travel / tournament experience, a great attitude, and a willingness to work hard on and off the diamond as well as in the classroom.



The Starz 14-U Gold Futures will be conducting workouts on the following dates:

• Thursday, August 15 from 6p – 9p
• Sunday, August 18 from 2p – 5p

All workouts will be conducted at our home field at James Martin Middle School in the University area of Charlotte. The GPS address is 7800 IBM Drive, Charlotte, NC 28262

Carolina Flames Elite Showcase Tryouts
The Carolina Flames Elite will be hosting open tryouts for the fall 2013-summer 2014 season on Saturday, August 17. (Rain date is August 18th). All positions will be open and evaluated for consideration.

The tryouts will begin at 11am and run through 2pm and will be held in Micro, NC at North Johnston Middle School (301 E Main St Micro, NC 27555, directly off of I-95). You may pre-register by filling out and emailing the registration form in advance . The form is downloadable from our website (www.eteamz.com/carolinaflames, “Handout” Tab) and includes our fall schedule.

The Carolina Flames Elite is a team designed for players looking for exposure to college coaches, playing in regional showcase and qualifier tournaments to maximize exposure. We are looking for driven, motivated young ladies who have the desire play at the college level.

Looking for 10u and 12u Coaches and/or Teams

Team TFS is looking for Managers/Head Coaches to head up 10u and 12u teams. We are looking for coaches and players for teams that would be based in the southeast part of NC. We have players that are interested in being apart of our organization, but need teams more centralized to the southeast part of the state. We currently have a 14u Elite team and a 16u/18u Prospects team that practice predominantly in the southeast part of NC already. We also have 10u, 12u, and 14u teams based out of the Triad area and an 18u Elite team based out of the Triangle. For information on our organization, please visit our website. Team TFS 14u Elite is looking for a Catcher to finish out its' roster for the 2013/2014 season. Team TFS 14u Elite will be competing in HS and 16u tournaments/showcases in NC and SC. Our goal is to prepare for showcase ball next year and also to qualify for ASA Nationals by teaching good fundamentals, knowledge of the game, good sportsmanship all while playing in a competitive atmostphere.
