10U Sundevils looking for a few players!!!!

10U Sundevils team is looking for for few players to complete our fall roster for 2013 season. We need to add a pitcher that will receive a lot of pitching time and all positions are open.

Additional Try Out

Due to the weather conditions today, the Carolina Flames Elite 18U will be holding a 2nd tryout Sunday, August 18, 1:30pm at North Johnston Middle School. (301 E Main St, Micro, NC). LKN LIGHTNING 14u lookn for pitchers

The Lake Norman Lightning 14u is looking for two pitchers. Due to rain last Tuesday we have added Tuesday, August 20th and Thursday, August 22nd as tryout dates, at 6:00. The tryouts are held on the campus of North Mecklenburg High School in Huntersville, NC. We are looking for "99" or select "00" girls. We play in the NSA and Top Gun are looking to move this team to ASA showcase in the future. We are a highly competitive team and have won championships in Top Gun "AA" and finished 2nd in NSA tournaments this season. We had two pitchers move up to our 16u team. We are looking for girls with great control that can hit their spots, has at least 4 or more pitches, has good velocity...hitting your spots and control are more important.

We are a very fundamentally sound team and work on the offensive and defensive fundamentals and game strategy at every practice.

Our head coach is the assistant coach at North Mecklenburg H.S. and has over 24 years of coaching experience....1 in college and the rest in tournament and high school softball at the highest level.

THE LKN Lightning 14 looking for SS/Utility

The Lake Norman Lightning 14u team is looking for "99" or select "00" SS and Utility players. We are having tryouts on Tuesday, August 20th and Thursday, August 22nd at 6:00 on the campus of North Mecklenburg H.S. in Huntersville, NC.

We are a highly competitive team that has won championships in Top Gun "AA" bracket and finished 2nd in NSA tournaments this spring/summer season. We had 6 girls move up to our 16u showcase team and we are looking for competitive, athletic, strong accurate arm girls that want to play at a high level. This team will eventually move to ASA showcase in the future.

Our head coach is the assistant softball coach at North Mecklenburg and has over 24 years of coaching experience....1 in college and the rest in tournament and high school softball at the highest level.

Charlotte Magic 14u " A" Additional Tryout

Charlotte Magic will be holding the second round of tryouts for the inaugural year of their 14U "A" level travel softball team. A long-standing North Carolina institution at the 18U Showcase Level, the Charlotte Magic has a tradition of assisting young athletes in their pursuit of collegiate-level play. As a 14U team, we will be preparing girls for success at the high school and eventual college level. After a successful initial round of tryouts, we are looking for additional players to complete our Fall roster. As of now, all positions will be considered. Our goal is to field a highly competitive team of girls who not only want to win but also desire the next level of knowledge which will enable them to prepare for a Varsity and collegiate career.


This team is headed by former collegiate player and coach Myka Wright Cygielman. Coach Myka attended both Purdue University and the University of California at Santa Barbara and brings experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to the field.
