Carolina Cobras 12U

Carolina Cobras 12U, based in Alexander County, is looking for an experienced pitcher for the Fall 2014 season, along with a catcher/utility player. We are looking to move to A/AA this fall and have a solid team ready to move to the next level. We are looking for a 2-3 more A level players to round out the lineup in order to make a solid, competitive team. We are primarily interested in 02 birth dates but would consider 01s if it was the right fit.

While we want to remain competitive and work hard, we also believe in creating a positive and encouraging environment that allows the girls to advance their skills and gain self confidence. Being competitive and having fun can and should coexist! Practices are held at the Alexander Central High School softball field.

The Green Machine 03 Tryout Info

The Green Machine ’03 10U team based out of Oakboro, NC is holding tryouts to fill a few positions on our existing 2014 roster. This is an established team with a proven track record and a strong core base of players. The team plays a competitive schedule traveling to other states throughout the south and will play very few local tournaments. Currently ranked #1 in the state of NC for 10u fastpitch softball, this is a team which strives for excellence and championship caliber play. We place a premium on an athlete’s character and attitude and seek players with strong support structures. In past seasons, this team has travelled to Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina playing some of the best teams in the southeast striving to compete at the highest levels of fastpitch softball.

Only serious, “A” level and dedicated players should tryout, preferably with a 2003 birth date. We are looking for superb athletes who have a desire to work hard to grow themselves and the team. All positions will be considered.

Tryouts will be held at the beginning of August to prepare for our transition to 12u tournament play in the fall of 2014. If interested in trying out, please send confirmation of your interest and attendance in advance to Ed Hatch at [email protected]

Looking to start a 14U fall team in Rowan County. Planning on playing 6-8 tournaments this fall from August to November around the Concord to Greensboro area.
