This is listed as an 01 team but would be willing to look at some )) birthdays as well.

Tryouts - Carolina Elite-Pack

The Carolina Elite coached by Bryan Pack will hold a tryout on Thursday, August 14 from 6:00 until at USC Upstate. We are looking for strong 2015-2017 players for this Fall and next Summer. Much Gratitude

After 10 years coaching with the Carolina Cardinals, (16 years travel ball overall) I have been presented with a wonderful opportunity to further enhance fastpitch softball in our region and will be moving on from the Cardinals. However I owe so much to Ray and Sharyn Chandler, Rick McHone and the entire Cardinals organization for the opportunities they provided my 2 daughters and me. The Cardinals have changed my life and opened doors for my daughters that would not have happened without the Cardinals.

I will forever be indebted to Ray Chandler for teaching me what it means to be a coach of young women and how to have your priorities in order. The Ray carried himself on and off the field and the respect he had for his players and families, will forever be ingrained in my mind. Ray was a quiet man, but was a man's man. It is due to his efforts, we have fastpitch softball in NC today.

So it is with mixed emotions I make this change, but with this change, I hope to in somehow continue and promote the game as Ray did. It is because of my time with the Cardinals, this opportunity came to be.

Beginning Monday, the Firecracker organization from California will be expanding to NC. The organization will be known as Firecrackers NC. At this point we are planning have at least 2 teams and possibly more, depending on interest and if the right people want to be involved. Firecrackers Softball

The Firecrackers are not well known in NC, however they are considered the premier fastpitch organization in the country. Our goal in NC is will be to follow the blue print that has been so successful for Firecracker teams which will include developing players into confident, young women who have a beautiful persona and want to play softball in college. We will play at the highest level possible while giving back to our community and recognizing veterans

Under the guidance of Tony Rico (longtime head of the Firecrackers) and me, the Firecrackers NC will strive to achieve the principles that Ray Chandler set forth and give back to the players and families more than just a uniform and tournaments. One of the Firecracker motto's is "Play With Honor" and we will do just that.

The Firecrackers NC are also fortunate to have Taryne Mowatt as part of our organization. Taryne will be working with all our pitchers to further develop their skills on and off the field.

There will be an organizational tryout August 16th & 17th at Forsyth Country Day in Lewisville, NC The number of teams, ages and locations will be determined based on response to this post. Watch the tryout section for info soon.

Team Worth™ NC - Fall 2014 Tryouts

Team Worth™ NC is conducting Fall 2014 tryouts for our 18u Showcase team. The time and location for our tryouts are:

Our Fall 2014 schedule includes high-level showcase events along with on-campus college playing exposure. Our current roster consists of mature young ladies that have the talent, desire, and work ethic to perform at the next level. The goal for Team Worth™ NC is to provide those players with the maximum recruiting tools and visibility necessary to succeed at the collegiate level.

CAROLINA FORCE TRYOUTS

The Carolina Force Organization will be having tryouts to fill a couple of roster openings. We currently field a 10U, 2 12U's, 14u and 18U and 18U elite. We are looking for serious minded girls, with the will and drive to play at this level. We have a great group of coaches who teach proper mechanics and fundamentals and want to see these girls thrive in this sport. Looking for good attitudes from players and parents along with good sportsmanship.

10U tryouts will be during practice, we practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 8pm at Concord High School, 481 Burrage Rd., Concord, NC. 10U, will be moving to 12U in the spring, looking for 2003 birthyears but will consider 2004 if ready to move to 12U in the spring. New 12U team tryouts will be during practice. We practice Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 to 9pm at Rocky River. This team will play 12U in the fall and will move up to 14U in the spring. Looking for a solid 2001 pitcher, will consider solid 2002 birthyear, if ready to move up in the spring. Already have solid team of a great group of girls. In need of pitching! Need solid pitcher to lead this great group of girls. Head Coach is a non-parent and has experience coaching and playing the game! Chatham Elite 14u (2000) Try Outs

Chatham Elite 14u (2000) will have tryouts for the upcoming Fall Season. We will be filling all positions on our roster. Players are only required to attend one tryout date, but attending more than one is strongly encouraged.

During the week we practice at least twice a week in Asheboro and the surrounding areas.

Carolina Elite 12U-18U Tryouts

Carolina Elite regarded as one of the top organizations in the country, the Carolina Elite has sent over 90% of their players to D1 colleges including SEC, ACC, & Big 10 conferences as well as others. We also have 100% of players receiving offers although some chose different schools for academic reasons.

Carolina Elite receive invitations to top Showcase/ Exposure tournaments in the country at the 14u/16u/18u levels, these teams will be required to play in qualifiers in their own age group with PGF & ASA.

Knockouts organization announcements

The knockouts will be creating two new team in the age groups of 10u and 12u.
12 u will be coached by Cynthia Hayes. A recent college grad, she has tons of knowledge not only about the game but also working with younger girls. She will be a great accent to the organization. This will be a great opportunity to learn from a top athlete in North Carolina.
