Aunt Bee's NC travel ball rankings are back

A couple of years ago on This Board Rocks, I posted computer rankings of all the travel ball teams in North Carolina in each age division using results from all tournament associations.

I'm happy to announce that the rankings are back in 2016, including the first batch released this week based on last weekend's first real tournaments of the season.

The rankings will be published weekly at a new website set up to cover travel ball. (See link below.) Besides rankings, it will have weekly reports on the TB tournaments played the previous week.

Even better, the website will allow you to click on any team and see their year-to-date results. I don't think there is anything else like it for any other state. I think it can be very good for N.C. travel ball, IMO.

One thing that the new website does not have is a forum. So if anyone has questions about the rankings or website, you can ask here, and I'll try to answer.
