What are the best in your area?

Crest vs Shelby is one of the best around here.

Concord-Kannapolis, annual battle for the bell, before the screwed up conference alignments this also usually said a lot about who would be conference champs.

Never understood the reasoning for not having K-Town and Concord in the same con. I guess the same reasoning that goes into split playoffs.

    Can't believe someone hasn't mentioned Freedom/East Burke.

Albemarle/Thomasville without a doubt. Always the last game of the regular season and usually for the conference title.;)

They play for a bell, I do believe, in that game.

i know there are some good ones in north carolina but the best rivalry in sc is rock hill vs northwestern do doubt about it. usually, both teams are in the sc top 10 and they share district 3 stadium which is where the shrine bowl was held. when they play it is standing room only in there and both schools hate each other as bad as any rivals could. it's a college atmosphere when they play each other.

in nc i would like to see the shelby-crest game. i've heard it was pretty bitter and i would also like to get up there and catch concord-kanap game.

btw crest fans, thanks for travis lee. i saw him in the shrine bowl he should be a good one at usc baby!

Just wished they had thrown to Travis a few more times in the Shrine Bowl. Pretty good job for a WR who had to play QB all year. He's just a great athlete. Keep an eye out for another Crest product at USC. Josh Malloy was redshirted last year, but when he first got to campus he was already 2nd strongest on the team. Coach Holtz has had great things to say about him on his visits to Crest. He expects him to see some playing time on the O-line this year. As fas as SC goes, the Dorman/Spartanburg game is pretty big too.
