    An announcement was to be made today as to who the new coach would be.Has anyone heard who was named?

    I seriously doubt you hear today or even in the days to come of a replacement for AC. He just resigned, give the ink time to dry ...

    The only reason I posted the question was due to the fact that I was told by someone close to the administration that an announcement concerning the new coach would be made monday.He may have just resigned,but something must have been in the works for a while.

    I have heard that the new coach is one of the lady assistant principles. With all the bad luck they have had I don't think they have got to start yet

    ac starts up thursday

    Wish us luck as the ac girls get started up on thursday. Still somber with loss of friend and coach. But with the rest of the staff in place don't count us out.

    I dont think anyone that knows the least bit about our game would ever count AC out. If they did I think it would be a hugh mistake on there part.
    I wish your girls and there new coach the best this season. I know they will feel the loss. But in time I think they will turn that into a reason to push even harder then the usually do.

    Mrs Lingle is the assistant principal who is the new coach.....hope the remaining staff takes control and lead! We wish them the best and I know they will be tuff as the staff knows their jobs. Good Luck AC in 2003!

    The Coaching Staff at Alexander Central consists of Janel Lingle -Head Coach, Donny Pennell and Mike Head. All of the other assistants resigned with Sherrill.

    The AC softball program is going to be great this year. We did lose some really good player this past year along with a talented coach. We all have Tiffany in our hearts as we start this season out. Our new Coaching staff is talented as well. We respect them and we are glad that they are our coaches. I want to wish all the teams good luck this year and I hope to see you all at State.
