I guess everyone thinks that Freedom is gonna be a push over team. Well your wrong. I've seen them work out for the past two months and they are busting their butts. They beat a GOOD Hickory team on this past Saturday. They have good pitching and good hitting. Another thing, I tired of hearing all this BS about **** *******. When he transfered from ******, that was the best thing for the team. All he did was bring destruction to the team. He has the worst attitude of any baseball player that I have EVER seen. I'm very glad to know that everyone is looking past Freedom. I hope you keep that up, b/c when u play them, they will be out to get you.

We don't care whether someone plays or not...NO ONE GETS SLAMMED ON THIS BOARD

No one is looking past Freedom... The predictions for the observers has Freedom in the middle of the NW4A this year, which is an outstanding conference from top to bottom.

The team that has captured the early season attention so far is ACR, because people did expect them to be a little down and they have started like gang-busters.

And you are right in your assessment of Hickory - that is a fine team. But we are not like the clt.com board - no flame wars on this board... it's about baseball.

    Waddell

Waddell takes on Harding this afternoon @ Waddell at 4:30. Waddell started off their season good with a win against W.M. With a young group, they are promising today against Harding. Be back later to post the score.

TC Roberson 10, Smoky Mountain 0. Nice rebound for TC. Josh Thrailkill (frosh) went the 1st 4 and got the win, giving up 2 hits and 6 k's. I personally saw him throw this summer, he has talent. Brandon Deans was 4/4 with a home run, Herila, Hubbard, and Fielder all had 2 hits.
