    It's posted in this thread

Look about half-way back up in this thread (about the 5-6th message) and you'll see the NCBCA/BA poll .... The Impact poll was the first one posted because it was the first one out this week.

Yea NC, you've sandbagged so much now you've got your own turning on you. :hammer: :chair: :smash:

I wouldn't be surprised if you're eatin leftovers all by youself at home now.

Seriously, North Meck may be young, but they are off to a great start and already have some very high quality wins. I mean you yourself picked two of your victims, South Meck and Hopewell, to win their conferences. In addition, East Gaston and Butler are no slouches and you did slaughter Vance, who beat Myers Park.

Anyway, the NM kids are off to a great start and deserve a lot of credit.

I think what NC is trying to say is that NM is a young team and historically young teams are inconsistant. Yes, they're a good team but they will probably suffer some highs and lows before the season is out. This may not happen, of course, they may go undefeated, but to rank them very high in the polls this early may be expecting a little too much.

I think the biggest challenge to a young, talented team comes late in the season, after it's won many more games than it's lost; and the players begin to feel the pressure that comes with their high position in the conference standings, state rankings, etc.

Perhaps NM can avoid this. I hope they can, as I've really enjoyed watching them play the wide-open, exciting brand of ball they play.

    Your guess:

Baseball America says it's published weekly (I don't see how with all the rain). Give it your best shot. What movement do you guys see in the polls. Some teams are moving up, some down, some are playing above their heads, some below.

Predictions welcome: Have fun with it.
