    Chris Nigro pitched a complete game.

    Watuaga scored 1 run in the 1st and added on 4 in the 7th
    McDowell scored 2 runs in the 7th


    Watauga plays AC Reynolds at home on Friday night

    South Caldwell won 8-1 against East Burke Wednesday night. Russell Reid went the distance for the spartans and Jeremy Yoder worked 6 1/2 innings. South remains unbeaten !

    Thanks NCBaseballFan. Freedom plays South tonight. That should be a great game. Both teams are unbeaten in Conference. Who does the rest of the Conference play?

    FHS... Don't have everyone's schedule so it's hard to tell.

    From the limited posting that I have, this is what's "on-deck" for tonite from your conference.

    03/28, Alexander Central @ N. Forsyth
    03/28, East Burke vs MCDOWELL

    If you look in the "Results Summary" the current week's schedule for all the teams that I know about are in there. I update the schedule with the scores as they are posted (that's why I like the scores all posted in 1 thread - makes it easier on me).

    South Caldwell improved to 11-0 beating a good Freedom team
    2-0. The win improves the Spartans to 3-0 in the NW4A while the Patriots dropped to 2-1. Spartans scored both runs with 2 outs in the 5th inning. A great game.

    South Caldwell beat Freedom 2-0 friday night. Shane Coffey went 7 innings and got the win to keep the spartans undefeated (11-0)

    Does anyone have the current JV baseball standings for the
    NW4A. I know SC jv's are 7 and 0 overall, and 2 and 0 in the
    conference with wins against East Burke and Freedom, the
    Watuga game was rained out and not rescheduled as of yet.;)
