    Wufman and Intimidator Coach

WHAT A GAME!!! With all the emotion and excitment it's a wonder somebody didn't have a stroke.

Wufman, I posted the game like that because there was so much to write about. The way I type I'd still be writing the summary. I agree with everything you guys said. Mistakes were made on both sides, some more obvious than others. I guess that's why your coach was quoted in The Salisbury Post as saying " This is a crazy game when teenagers play it. But it sure is fun to watch when kids play that hard."
You have a very good team and you have a right to be very proud of them. It's easy to see the improvement since our last meeting.
As for pitching, it's sometimes almost useless to call pitches at this level because a lot of pitchers just don't have enough control to make it worth while. All a coach can do is call a pitch, he can't throw for them. I can tell you that a lot of WR fans were not pleased with the way your coach went to the mound late in the game. Although we don't know what was actually said, it didn't look good. If I was that kid's father, he and I would have a talk.
Good luck to your team, hope to see you in the play-offs. (but I hope we don't have to play you again, don't know if my heart can stand it)

Mount topped JM Robinson 9-4 tonight. Seth Furr was the winning pitcher. Chris Taylor hit a home run and Josh Benton added a few hits. Also, read post in the Rocky River Conference thread for news about makeup game w/ South Meck. They made this announcement tonight, but if it isn't correct, someone please correct me.
