    Mooresville @ Lake Norman 4/22
    Mooresville played its first game in 18 days and it showed. After falling behind 4-0 to an up and comming Lake Norman team the Blue Devils went on a 12-0 scoring run the next 4 innings and held on to win 12-6. Skidmore started for Mooresville with Tilley and West closing the deal. Vidito had a huge game at the plate for the Devils with 5 hits. Next Game: Wed. 4/23 vs. N. Iredell @ Mooresville.

    Independence 5 North Meck 2

    Independence Beat North Meck 5-2. Aaron Bray pitched a complete game and struck out 12. He helped his own cause going 2-3 with a home run. Shane Miller, Trey Starnes, Evan Taylor and Billy Enright each had a hit.

    Actually Von Tilley was the winning pitcher. Skidmore left the game when the score was 4-4.

    N. Iredell @ Mooresville 4/23

    Mooresville started 5 freshmen and fell behind 3-1, but ended up pulling away from the Raiders and won 16-3 in 5 innings. Freshman Michael Blocker went the distance on the hill and Hacksaw Harris led the way at the plate with a 3 run homer and 2 run double for the Blue Devils. Mooresville is 11-2 (7-1) on the season to date. Next Game: at home vs. Lake Norman Friday 4/25
