    Sotuh Caldwell won the conference championship tonight with a 10-1 win over second place AC Reynolds. The loss for Reynolds drops them into a tie with Alexander for second.
    Congratulations to the girls and coaching staff. This is only the second year for SC to be in 4A conference. Last year in their first season they finished second to Alexander. Conference tournament begins next week then on to the state playoffs. Good luck South.

    Congratulations to South for winning the championship. This has been a tough year in the conference, as all the teams have played tough against each other. This should be a fun conference tournament.

    Great job and know the team, the staff and the community is excited! Good luck in the tournament, post schedule, results and keep us updated on the upcoming track SC will have ahead of them in the 4A playoffs! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cool:

    As an ACHS player, we knew going into this season that S Caldwell would be really tough. Congratulations on living up to the expectations, and good luck in the state playoffs.

    Blue33; Thanks for the post. Great group of girls at ACHS and a very good ball team. Looking forward to many more good SC and AC battles in the coming years

    Hey I just want to wish South Caldwell the absloute best of luck! I am on the jv team so I didn't have to compete against you, but I did stay and watch the game and you guys are AWESOME!! I look forward to playing yall b/c you all are about the only hard team we actually play! we actually play softball! have fun and be careful! Best wishes to you all!

    SC wins conference tournament. Reynolds had a very good tournament and by finishing second earned the other playoff spot.
    Good luck to Reynolds and S. Caldwell in the state playoffs

    South Caldwell should play Myers Park in the first round of the states since Butler beat providence. Does anyone know if the game is at SC or Myers Park?
