I totally agree;I also see alot of politic's in high school softball.Just because little susie is a junior or senior and was on the team last year alot of coaches play these ladies when their's alot better talent on the bench,because they don't want to hear from their parent's;As a coach you should put the best 9 players on the field,reguardless of age,what grade your in,or who your parent's are.That's the worst thing about coaching,putting up with the whinning of the parents,and some player's because they are not getting playing time.If you want more playing time then put in more pratice and work alot harder!

Again, you're just talking about the quality of High School coaching. Can't have a Coach that plays politics, doesn't know the game, or is just doing it because it's there turn to Coach the sport that nobody wants.
