Mustangs and the Pot and Pan Clan:
What a great ride it has been! You guys gave it your all in the field and in the stands. This is a time we'll always remember with smiles on our faces. To the players, you played with all the heart that anyone could ever ask for. To the coaches, trainers and Scooter Boo, too, you took great care of our guys and we love you for it. They'll remember us for a long time to come in Zebulon and you all should be proud of yourselves for giving it your all. Go Mustangs!!!

JH Rose gets the trophy but out Mustangs are the champions in our hearts. What a great season for the Mustangs. Take all of the memories guys and put them away in your scrapbook. Be proud of what you accomplished and where you went. We thanks you for helping return pride and reputation to Jack Sink stadium, a better place to watch baseball because of what you guys did and leave behind.

Seniors, good luck in college, everybody else keep practicing.
    :D

The Mustangs are the pride of our hearts and the fans are the heart of that pride! Many thanks to all of the "non-Mustang" fans who took the time to come to Zebulon and support us this past week-end in the rain!!! There were many characters roaming around the concession stand at Five County Stadium...Eagles, Sabres, Knights and I'm sure others but there were so many... Thanks to the hotel decorating committee. what a great welcome for the team when they arrived! Craig, James, Tyler, Nate, Rob and Robert...you all have exciting futures ahead of you and one thing is for sure you all know how to be leaders! My family is honored to have been a part of this team and this program. You are the best. Please save a seat for us next year...I hear the place gets pretty crowded!!!

Congrats to JH Rose and a great effort by Myers Park.

Coach Vincent commented in the Greenville press repeatedly about the mental toughness of the Mustangs. Myers Park could have folded early in the 3rd game, but they hung in and made it competitive.

Rose has exceptional talent and depth and stepped up when they needed to. Watch out for the Rampants again next year - 21 of their current varsity players return.

What you refer to Braves, is not candy...it is a force to be reckoned with!!! The word I hear is Have Fireballs...Will Travel. I was, however referring to our special Mustrang candy girl who spent this baseball season in the dugout . She also took time out from a hectic exam schedule to travel with us to Raleigh!

I really can't say if Coach Vincent brings the JV's up after their year, but I recall the announcer stating that they had 6 Seniors, 25 Juniors anf 4 Sophomores on this years team.
