I'd like to see Providence versus Christian. I bet that would be a good game. Providence should get into that Shelby tourney.

Providence would crush Christian in a series, any team can win a one game match though.

After looking at the voting, I guess we don't have to play the season. It's already been decided.

you could say the same about any team in the metro (your town I suppose) area... on paper that is. you could have also made the same pronouncement the past several years but they had their share of lumps...

I'm not so sure the word "crush" is a good bet though. CCS had a very good record last year vs CharMeck schools and Bardo didn't win them all. You might keep your eye on Najeka, very effective overlooked pitcher last year.

Fortunately for the players, most of this will be settled between the white lines. Can't wait.

Yeah Metro, I don't think Providence would crush CCS. Christian's got a good cast of seniors and a lot of good, young players.

lighten up kiddies, Simmons is a buddy of mine, and I am yanking your short chains. Providence is the best program in the city the last 12 years though, since 91.

That's true but since '98 I'd say Christian's had the best program.

yes i agree with you cc, since 98 christians baseball has been excellent and i dont see them slowing down anytime soon with all the young players. i would love to see christian vs. providence in a 3 game series, itd be good
