    The greatest rivalry in NC will be played out Friday night. As always Shelby will be tough. It will be interesting to see how Crest handles some adversity and changes. Both teams are in need of that first win and I am sure that we will see some hard hitting. I say the Chargers win and make it 6 in a row over their once feared cross town rival.

    Man this has been a tuff 2 weeks for the Chargers. Everyone is talking about how close this team has grown. We will have have to see tonight how the Chargers react.

    Obviously, being a Forest Hills fan I have no dog in this fight. I just think it's cool how you guys up in Cleveland County get pumped up for this annual showdown. It's right up there with the Kannapolis-Concord rivalry. I remember friends in college 20 years ago...some from Crest, some from Shelby....arguing about it even then. Nothing like small town high school football on Friday nights!

    Have fun at the game tonight and good luck to both teams.
