Same old Cougars

Gator, Catfish, Tip and everybody else knows the truth about Cougar Football. Who has McDowell beaten this season besides the Cougars, probably Mountain Hertiage that only has 8 players this season. Again, the best thing the cougar coaches could do is sell Stacker 2's at Wal-Mart. I mean what is the deal with Harper's head, is that a headset or a set of stereo speakers mounted together with copper tubing. The whole coaching staff smells of the adminstration at Alexander. Shorty Bumgarner did a great job of assembling the very best football coaches in western NC according to ACFootball99 and postal. The sad part is AC Football is in it's hayday right now. With this outstanding group of 4.4 speedsters i the senior class, they may drop even below the group from South caldwell next season. The weight room has just done wonders to enhance the sports at AC. Like we said last year when AC set a new state record for NO TEAMS in the entire school going to the playoffs. Get a weight room instructor who cares more about getting stronger than he does about what is for lunch!

Guys... just a thought here. i wasnt sure before how either of these teams (mcdowell alexander central) were. based on how most of you talk... i would think sucky. but after watching film on their game, i would have to say these are too very good very quick teams. both teams have really good speed. and play hard. overlook them and u might be bit in the butt

 

Stay focused Cougars and use this trash talk for fuel for the game. Concentrate on the whole team being pumped and cause the opponent to dread coming back to the line. Hit em hard, make the plays and the points and wins will come. Rome wasn't built overnight. You are the building block for this program keep up the good work your accomplishments are NOT being overlooked. Also remember that talking the smack will get you smacked right back!

ACfan, Did you finally get off the lawn mower and decide to come back? Good to here from ya. I think AC is playing 6 homecoming games this year. Boy everybody really dreads to line up against the cougars. To bad AC can't split the gate to build the new field house I'm sure that will get the cougars back on the winning track.

First off harper does care about the weight room,It was coach harper who helped get the Freedom team where it is today.Before harper came to Freedom their wasnt a weight program at all for the football players.I have u to know harper spent hours with the players and working to make the team get better in the offseason,then deal came along and continued with the program.Coach harper and Deal are 2 of the best coaches ive ever been and its a shame to see people like catfish,joker,and gator come on here and bash them every week.IF U GUYS THINK U CAN GET THE JOB DONE THEN GO TO COLLEGE,GET A DEGREE AND APPLY FOR THE JOB WHEN IT COMES OPEN AGAIN.Harper and deal arent the ones who give the touchdowns,they dont turn the ball over or commit penalties.The players make the mistakes and that why they lose games.Yall sound like people who had kids play who wasnt very good and sat the bench.Ask people at Burns about Coach deal,ask people around Freedom about deal and Harper.I know harper didnt do well at east burke but he didnt have much to work with there.I HOPE THEY FIND OUT WHO YALL ARE AND BAN U FROM COMING TO GAMES,ALEXANDER SURE CANT WIN WITH CHEAP STAKE FANS LIKE U AND THEM EITHER.Harper does care about the weight program and i bet just like he did at Freedom he makes them work their butts off.I bet deal makes them work hard.

fhspatriot! i like it when you come out of the hoops section.
I am sure we are all tired of the 3 ac stooges constant bashing of not just a team but people who i am sure try just as hard to do their job as them or anyone else. if they are like our coaches they spend countless and thankless hours trying to help these kids. i hope we try to remember these are someones boys and family members and stop being so personal with the comments. i too would like a bounty be put up by ac boys to find out who these guys are that talk so much trash about them and the fans and still go sit in the stands amongst all the people they bash!!
