    I was told they split, and SR won the second game 12-2 ? It doesnt matter though...

    POINDEXTER SEEMS TO BE GETTING IT DONE FOR WEST FORSYTH. HAVEN'T SEEN HIM THIS FALL TELL ME MORE ABOUT HIM.

    Hey Pope. Why don't you stop trying to get everyone to talk about your kids. People know who your kids are, and they are tired of you trying to get people to talk about West Forsyth. I mean come on now, we all know you have seen Poindexter pitch. Your team is good, and you know it. Just not good enough to beat the Reynolds and make the playoffs.

    ...but that is the purpose of this Board..to promote the names of players. We have an awful lot of coaches and scouts checking this forum for names of players they are not familiar with. I'm not as familiar with the Raleigh, W/S teams, so I enjoy reading the posts from those areas.

    If you are tired of reading about a particular team or player...just ignore it, but don't post an attack on a member for posting it.

    WEST FORSYTH WILL BE PRETTY DARN GOOD AGAIN BUT NOT AS GODD AS IN THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS. AS FAR AS FALL SEASON HAS TURNED OUT POINDEXTER HAS NOT REALLY SHINED. DUSTY SNOW HAS BEEN REAL RUSTY AT TIMES. ATWOOD HAS BEEN SO-SO. BUT THE PLAYER THAT HAS REALLY CAUGHT PEOPLES EYES IS FRESHMEN HOLT JUST A GOOD PLAYER . WAITING TO SEE WHAT STAMPER WILL DO ALSO.

    Poindexter Hasn't shined, I am not sure when you last saw him throw, but listed below are his last 2 outings.


    9/20/03-Sims Legion Field
    Triad Titans 7 Concord Trojans 0
    Poindexter pitched complete game.
    2 hits, 1 hit batter, 1 walk and 9 strikeouts on 72 pitches
    There were several college coaches there to see him throw. He put on a good show.

    9/27/03-West Foryth High School
    Triad Titans 3 Mooresville 2
    Poindexter pitched a complete game
    4 hits, 1 walk, 8 strikeouts, 0 earned runs on 80 pitches

    2 complete games with 152 pitches thrown in 14 innings,we were vistors both games. 17 k's, 2 BB's, 6 hits and 0 ERA

    Not bad for someone who is not shining.

    Poindexter is a very good pitcher! He does not need building up-his performances do it for him. Go get'em Dan!
