my top five would be jh rose, providence, fuquay varina, south meck, and char. christian...

rose, providence and fuquay are loaded as usual. south meck has worrell and shelton and abunch of young stallions. last year, bard and carrara weren't the only reason christian went 30-4, they have a load of seniors and a handfull young guys

Rose has the bulk of the team returning.
Their depth is traditionally excellent and last year was no exception. There are probably 1/2 a dozen or more seniors who will be D1 recruits.

If they don't spend too much time reading headlines and getting overconfident, they will be a handfull. Perhaps better than last year.

    Fuquay lost a lot.
McLaurin, Mangum, Honeycutt, Price, Hanthorne, and Caddell all have moved on and that was who made them who they were the last couple of years.

They have Frankie Lewis and Grayson Evans returning, outside of that I am not sure. I don't think Fuquay will be as "loaded" this year as they have been in the past.

Green Hope will be good out of the Tri-7.
Kory Judd, Steven Newton, Todd Eberheart, and Alan DeRatt will win a lot of ballgames this year.

I think Lee County should have a strong team as well.

But I will go with Rose to win it all.

Ashbrook won the 3A last season and their entire team returns .... they have to be considered.

In the Triangle, Green Hope should be strong as they return a good nucleus of players. Millbrook will also be strong. I believe they only lost 1 starter from a team that went to the playoffs last year.

Oh yeah, Can't believe I forgot to mention Millbrook. They will be good with Sam Brown, BJ Dail and Lee Keith... just to name a few.
