North Davidson looking good!!!

after watching this team on friday and saturday these gurls know how to play some softball....to me they look like the team to be in the state championship game this year.....the freshman pitcher Danille Glosson is striking gurls out left and right...and u got Emily Sale, Tatum Hargett, Bethany Hunt and Danille Glosson knocking the crap out of the ball....and Brittany Berrier and kelli micheal doing there job with the bunts and stuff...i can honestly say from a fan behind the fence this is a good group of gurls and they know how to play Ball.

I think Pruitt<sp>#55 did a good job on the mound for ND also. Great game between ND and SV. I agree that ND will be in contention for the state championship this year.

Central Davidson

CFBall, I watched the C. Davidson vs West Rowan game. Their pitcher (#3) I'm sorry I don't know her name, did a good job against West Rowan's Lyndsey Gay. This was a very close game that could have gone either way. Both teams played very well, and probably will be around come playoff time. Watch these two teams. BTW! C. Davidson won 2 to 1 against W. Rowan, last year's state 3A Champs.

 

if i am not mistaken...ND plays Central Davidson next tuesday......should be a good game... anybody got suggestions on how this game should turn out?

CF...not sure about #3 for C. Davidson,but it could be Kasey Poindexter. She pitched against our (West Stanly) JV last year and was superb. She had excellent control and great movement on pitches. When our varsity played them in state playoffs, she actually came in and pitched the last inning and did very well, striking out a couple of our batters. I don't think she was pulled up to varsity until post-season last year due the excellent pitching of Brittany Taylor. She is definatley one to watch out for...she is GOOD!!!

 

wonderful progression on her part and remember the name now...........gotta get All these kids together for a big softball party(showcase)with name tags,hs team and travel ball IDs attached to keep them all straight
