Polls

Is today not a poll update day or is my information wrong? I thought it was orginally posted that the polls would be updated every two weeks. I very easily could be mistaken though. Anyone with any info on this topic.

I thought is was every Tuesday as well. Has that changed to Wednesdays now?

I'm thinking that there are to many BIG games going on this afternoon to put a poll out today or any other Tuesday for that matter in regard to conference games these days. Poll members and voters, I'm sure, will want to wait until after games on Tuesdays to decide who stands where on the high school polls until late Tuesday night, after all Tuesday games are completed. Soooooooooo, it just seems that the consensus is, these days, that Wednesdays are the better days to put out the high school baseball polls.

Maybe I am missing something here but according to the Impact website they want records every Saturday after games. Does not appear to me that they are taking into account any games after Saturday or maybe the website is misstated

 

The issue is (in all probability) receiving accurate data and spreading it out to the voters, particularly in regions where they don't see or hear about the teams.

If no data is received from an area on a timely basis, they have to go hunting for it and start making phone calls. It's gotta be a pain.

 

It seems to me if you say they are comin out, then find a way to get them out, i know a voter and he gets his stuff in on time, maybe
