    You mean when there is coverage it was about Enka....right? He missed my point about covering softball in general...I wish I had known everybody else was emailing him about the coverage then I would not have emailed him and made it look like it was an Enka issue instead of softball coverage in general. That was my point....

    Yes, maam, as I have tried to explain to other Enka parents who, to be honest, aren't as understanding or as nice as you we had other sports to cover the past couple of weeks, sports that already were having their state championships or playoffs. Plus, to be honest again, a postseason conference tournament that has no bearing on the regular-season race or playoff berths really isn't newsworthy even if it is the first one for the conference. But we will be doing a story about the upcoming softball playoffs and we will be covering the softball playoffs. Thanks for the kind words. By the way, your daughter is a fantastic player. She is awesome at stretching and digging for bad throws at first base. She is one of the best I have seen this year.

    Sorry the MAC conference teams missed coverage on the first tournament held. Realizing Sylva was a little far to go and also that you have many teams and sports to cover, I would just like to ask you to please inform readers of the upcoming playoffs. My daughter plays 1B for Enka and I appreciate all the coverage you have been giving to softball. I guess it's like a kid in the candy store...You can't wait for more. I know after a game, I am so anxious to get the paper and read the articles not only about Enka but all the teams. We play our first playoff game this Thursday at 5:30 on Enka's field.
