East Rutherfords Chad Flack set the North Carolina Prep Career Home Run Record last night, hitting the 41st and 42nd of his career in the process. Flack hit 1 HR as a Freshman, 9 as a sophomore, 15 as a junior, and has 17 so far as a senior for the Cavaliers, who are still playing and have at least 2 more games left. Chad has had a monster year with over 50 RBI's and runs scored, despite 30 walks. The former record of 41 was held by Paul Brannon (1989) of Kings Mountain. Congratulations Chad.

Good lord, the Tar Heels have loaded up this year...Adenheart, Gale, Rozier, Flack, Shelton and Horton. I'm not sure of the others...but all those guys will be playing pro ball at some level.

    Congrats Chad!!!!

Yep....hence the probability of going to UNC increases. But don't be surprised if he is still drafted in the Top 5. TJ surgery is becoming so common and the success rate has been very good that it may not scare off as many teams as you would think who were considering him their top pick

My god, can you list out some more of Chad's stats - PA, Hits, 2b, 3b, bavg, ob%, slug%, K. Did anyone ever get him out?

Does anyone know how many homeruns Cameron Maybin has hit so far in his career?
