All Conference / All State Qualifications

The players could have some input, but you could also have a popularity contest by doing so. I just think the coaches need to be more responsible and ONLY nominate and vote for the player's who played at an All-Conference level be it offensively, defensively or a combination and contributed greatly to the teams success. Just don't nominate players because you are allowed to nominate a certain number. Being selected All-Conference should be a prestgious honor that is difficult to earn and a honor that is well respected.
