I have an opinion on somethin...

Let's jus say that Emily Forbes is one heck of a ball-player... she's a GREAT catcher and deserves the right to be Miss Softball 2004 for 3A... and she's a GREAT person

is definitely one of the top 3A players to come out of WNC in recent years and is worthy of this award...............#3 last year but we all know what Pitchers can do for teams and in the Awards department!

Totally agree, she had a heck of a year with the bat and the glove. She is also a great left fielder which most people do not know.  :applause:

The 3A award could not have gone to a better scholar/athlete than Brooke Isley. Class valedictorian, role model, mentor, peer tutor, Heart of a Champion and Russell Blount sportsmanship awards, Good Citizen Award, state champion and MVP, NCSU signee, etc.. This young lady represents everything that is right with high school athletics. State has chosen a strong foundation to build upon.

TBR Softball wishes her the best and welcomes Patriot aboard in the same sentence!

hope you enjoy your time spent here and that you might share all the local softball stuff in your area and/or your area(s) of experience with us. also hope you find it worthy of inviting other softballers from across the state/country to "network",this fun little sport for all the DDs out here striving to be like Brooke Isley and others like her.

just curious....... what is Brooke majoring in @ NC STATE?

Brooke plans on following a premed curriculum, leaning towards dermatology or optometry.
