Legion Standings

    I kinda wish there was a site dedicated to the standings in Legion baseball. Maybe one that coaches or ADs had to email or call in results everynight. I live in Caldwell County and the News Topic does what they can, but theres alot of games that get missed.

    I will give what is in the News Topic here, and maybe the Area coaches or players can steer in any updates needed...these are just in conference games..

    Caldwell 8-1
    Henderson 6-3
    Asheville 6-5
    McDowell 6-4
    Shelby 5-4
    Taylorsville 4-5
    Burke 4-6
    Rutherford 3-6

    Legion standings...

    Downsouth,,, I am trying to keep up with Legion Standings in our area (see Area 3 thread),,, but its a difficult task with teams so spread out. Good Luck with the western area teams.

    like to see some standings for area 4 eastern divison or maybe someone knows a newspaper that post the standings regularly.

    The Gaston Gazette does a great job of trying to keep up with the Eastern Division standings/results on a daily basis. For personal reasons, I can't post the daily updates, but here's the standings as of this mornings paper:

    Anyone in the bottom half of the area 4 east making a charge and playing a lot better since the playoff players have settled in? Be nice if someone that follows it could maybe give a one line description of each teams direction. Thanks for the standings, that helps a lot. Don't get much coverage here in the west.
