Need advice from you coaches smarter than I

    Have your pitcher practice in a noisy setting. Like an indoor batting facility, a gym with people doing other things, a park with alot of things going on. Keep her focused and she will learn how to tune out the unwanted noise. Keep telling her to focus on the glove and don't hear the noise. If she is able to focus, she will one day be able to step into that pitcher's 'bubble' and not hear anything going on around her.
