I have been workin the Pony Nationals this week everyday sellin' t-shirts and stuff here in Cary. Just wonderin if yall had any teams here for me to keep an eye on, I have had 16-U's all week but on Friday I will see some of the 18-U's.

I'd say 70% of the teams I have seen have been Yankees, and they all have asked me how I like living down here because they want to move down. :nono: (sorry, no offense to any of ya'll ;) )

we have played PONY sancationed ball before but like most associations, they have their good and their bad elements(scheduling and location are factors) and other sancationing bodys have tournaments the same time as this one.
sidenote: i know you are Loving this :D........ especially when those HS SR, graduates(college FR) and those rising College Sophomores come rollin in on Friday.

we would be interested in any scores you could provide and i will check to see if any NC teams rocking in the PONY Nationals!
    thanks in advance!!

I love the Raleigh area... I live in Cary. I actually live in OLD Cary, not the "Capital Area for Relocated Yankees" part. But Cary is a great place to live... it is growing and growing and growing. Read somewhere that it is the 7th largest city in the state now.

I know the NC Dominators are here playing, and I talked to one of the young ladies who told me they were from the Charlotte area.

    Pony Nationals:

The NC Dominators Black team finished one game from the sweet 16. There 2 loses were to the eventual champion and another team that tied for 9th. Not bad for a 14U team playing up to the 16U level.

Who won!? I worked all the way up until the final day. I work 50-some hours that week, but didn't get to work the final day. :teeth:
