    I'm hearing they have a tournament this weekend. Anyone have any details?

    I heard about this last night. I know they are playing at East Meck and another field...it might be providence..not sure. The person did not know who else was in the field. Perhaps NCBBallFan can fill us in.

    Don't know the details yet ... heard it's at East Meck & Myers Park ...

    Impact should be coming, some of the teams from SC (Palmetto Express, Upstate Express, etc), and the Blacksox should be there.

    Could be fun.

    Games will be held at East Meck and Myers Park.

    Black Bracket
    On Deck O's
    Carolina Clippers
    Martinez-Evans Barons I
    Carolina Reds
    On Deck O's 17s


    Orange Bracket
    On Deck 16's
    Carolina Copperheads TPX
    Martinez Evans Barons II
    Team Charlotte

    Orange BRacket will play all games at East Meck
    Black Bracket will play at Myers Park

    OOPS!

    The schedule has already been revised...

    The Carolina Reds will now play in the Orange Bracket.

    I am not sure if another team was added to the Black Bracket, probably so....

    Any additional changes, I will post them here.

    Carolina Reds schedule

    Just received our schedule and we play Friday night at Myers Park. The rest of the games are to be played at East Meck.
    Anyone know anything about the Barons????:huh: :huh: :huh:

    Solid team out of the Savanah region. Keep an eye on Ramsbotham, the center fielder. The guy can fly. Rayburn is their big third baseman, has a great glove and smacks the ball very hard (and very far).

    The Martinez-Barons normally have 7-8 guys on their rosters who have committed D1 ... U Georgia, Georgia Tech, College of Charleston, The Citadel, etc..... Expect a hard fought contest.

    Pops...are you quite sure they are from savannah. I used to know some coaches affiliated with the martinez-evans program...but their program is in Augusta. ....but what you said about the players are right on target from this successful program.
