wandered over to a more trafficked but also much more retarded board where a guy suggested having enough inside connections to go do lunch with someone ni the org, in which they suggest we won't make major signings but will go after Barry Cofield and Braylon Edwards ('who will be cheap'). I couldn't finish it out of good taste but before it devolved into arguments it was amazing how 'popular' most of the players being discussed were, and then remembered why this fanbase gets so fucking pissy when the DT we sign isn't a guy they know.

more hope for Clausen - while building on his scorching 120 yard passing day to that point, in the middle of his dumpoff laden 2 minute drill that ended in a missed Kasay FG - if you watch (and now you aren't required) the :50 mark, 1st and 10 at the 20, Clausen throws the ball away in the middle of pressure, and ends up almost hitting Rob Ryan in the nuts. That's the accuracy that everyone raved about in college.
