Johnson definitely mattered. McDermott might've been too squirrely and complex but he was young - I don't worry of that here. He's not a line coach taking his first few games at defense.
Dawkins, definitely their heart and soul. I mean it's neat to say "I'll go match all their contracts and get their shiny toys" there's something to be said for keeping a lot of what we did.

Burney's making plays on the ball. He might've had 2 PD. I don't know that he hadn't let his receiver get ahead of him on the one, and he had to go way up in the air, but he did. The other he was trailing (comeback route lolz) and batted it. I'm a bit sensitive to people who think a player is good because of school (especially around here with UNC - even Collin's "Hilee Taylor was a great pick but these two 7th round linemen picks were a waste). I think Burney is OK. He was just one of a group that did fairly well.
