#1 Butler Vs #2 South Caldwell

You can listen to WJRI's coverage on the internet. Go to www.foothillsradio.com and click on the baseball on the right side of the screen. That will take you to prepalert.com. Click on the radio tab (top middle of screen). Then it will give you a list of radio stations. Click on WJRI 1340. Airtime is at 6:45.

 

There is no doubt this is going to be an exciting game for both sides!!

I sincerely hope that ALL fans respect each other and stay on their respective sides. No need to cause tensions by sitting on "the other side". The bleachers have a walkway between them which should be used to define the line. SC will be on the 3rd base side. There is a road along that side and should provide plenty of space for chairs. In my opinion, the best vantage point would be in the football stands along that side also. We have moved the concession trailer across the road to provide more chair space.

Please respect this!! It would be a real shame for a parent of a player to not get a good view.

This is also one game where I wish the scouts would not show up!! We can definately use the extra seating.

Thanks UAB. I will not have my laptop with me since I'll be there but I forgot about SC games being available over the internet. Also all of Caldwell County Post 29 American Legion games will be carried by WJRI and foothillsradio.com as well.

Will the football bleachers be open for fans to use?

 

Yes...they are located just up the hill from on the 3rd base side. There are some steps that take you up to the restrooms that will get you there.

The entire field can be seen from there. (This may be the HOT tip!!)

Parking Deck needed...

You guys need to talk with you AD and get a parking deck down near the baseball field. Great field, but I hate that long walk down the hill to the park.
With all the success of the Bulldog program, you guys need it-Deserve it.

SC fans are loud, rowdy and exciting but they always do it in fun. It is all about having a good time. I have been going to Caldwell legion and SC baseball games for many years and have never seen a problem caused by the fans. As an opposing team you just have to take it for what it is. I can tell you right now that win or lose SC has total respect for Butler and any other team they play this goes for the team as well as the fans. You will hear some trash talking form fans and they will get on the other team hard but we expect the same in return. It is all in fun!!!!!
